Well it was 4/20/2001 4:00 in the morning. I was at work in Austin Texas. Every body I worked with was gearing up for the smoke off that was getting ready to happen in 20 min. I had some of my own home grown on me and three others had some of there own crop on them also. I was so excited because there was like five different kinds of pot and every body had there own glass peace.

420 finally was here we all went to the back of the building and started the count down. It was the perfect place to smoke cause the break area had a wooden fence around it so no one could see. We had our bowls in hand and loaded. The second it turned 4:20 we took our first hit. It was great. We sat there for 45 min and smoked. I was so high that I could not even finish a sentence. Then I realized that every body that was out there was on the clock and we all work in a restaurant. When we finally went back to work there were dozens of angry people in the dining room but it was ok because we were so stoned that no one cared. Well I didn't have to worry about that cause I was the dishwasher. When I went to the dish room that I forgot how to run the machine and the general manager showed up and witnessed me in my altered state. Well he went in to his office and yelled out my name and told me to get in there. I thought I was fired for sure. I went into the office and said what's wrong. He replied why does every one smell like pot. Well me as stoned as I was said its 420. He said who has the pot. I replied I have no idea. To my relief he say well looks like I'm going to smoke my own green you got a pipe and he pools out a sack of the prettiest pot I have ever seen. So we sat there and smoked out the office with his and my pot than every body joined in when they got the hint. One hour later he sent me home cause we were going to smoke at 420 in the afternoon on 4/20/2001. That was the best smoking day of my life.
